How To Find Your True Priorities

I wanted to write yet another post about motivation today and how it’s important for everyone.  And yes, there’s a reason I write so much about motivation, because it’s the cornerstone of fitness and health.  We all know what we need to do in order to be fit and healthy, eat healthier and exercise more.  It’s that simple.  Yet most of us don’t do this, even though we know we should.  That’s because we’re not motivated enough.

So today, I was going to talk about ways in which you can find your true priorities and work towards them.  Then I found this great article from Pick The Brain which said exactly what I wanted to, only better!  So go ahead and enjoy this great article.

Thanks for sharing the article, I really liked it. I think motivation and finding your true priorities are the two most important things in weight loss.

  2. I had always problems with motivation. Strong will is my good point (I quit smoking without any help) but motivation isn’t my virtue.
I go to gym 3 times a week (8th week now) and it’s ok - muscle growth keeps me motivated :]
