Weekend Roundup - Carnival Edition!
60 in 3 was featured in two different blog carnivals this week, which makes me all sorts of happy. It’s great to see other people enjoying my posts. Also, I’ve made some changes to the blog’s look and feel. I added a few options at the end of every post to allow you to share them with friends and family. Hope you like the new features.
Before we get to the main links, here are the two carnivals that featured my articles:
First, the Carnival of sports #8 where Sagar collected articles that featured sports and other athletic hobbies.

Then, we have Fitbuff’s Total Mind and Body Fitness feature. They chose to feature my series on healthy eating habits.

And while I was writing this post, a new pingback arrived from The Power of Choice’s Personal Development Article roundup. They chose to use my article about motivating your friends.

And with that, let’s move on to some new links.
Article - From That’s Fit, we have an article about “real food”. It’s short but makes a good point. I’m a hearty believer in eating as much unprocessed food as possible. Anything that’s been through a long and complicated chemical process just seems a bit suspect to me.
Article - This next article is a bit less useful but still a lot of fun. It’s about our checkout points. Since it’s from Men’s Health, it’s all about what women look at when they look at a guy. I’m curious to know if they’re right, so if you’re a woman and reading this, let us know your opinion.
Article - And from eDiets, we have this article about tips from personal trainers. I agree with all of them, especially #7. There’s no reason why working out, and being healthy in general, can’t be fun. In fact, I’ve decided to talk about that as my topic for next week, ways to turn health into fun.
